Returns Policy
 
India Blue Pty Ltd does not assume responsibility for poor performance or any manufacturing defects of goods. Should you need to return a product, please email us at sales@indiablue.com.au within 24hours of delivery. India Blue Pty Ltd will replace or refund goods with any manufacturing fault within fourteen (14) days of notification.
 
Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases. Credits or refunds are limited to the cost of the goods only, excluding all freight charges, unless a product is faulty on arrival and returned, with tags attached, in original condition and packaging.
