Returns

If the product is faulty then a refund of the item will be processed to the original purchase method. If you would like to return your items due to a 'change of mind' we can only offer a store credit or exchange.

If for any reason your item is not quite right, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order to receive a refund (if faulty) or store credit that will never expire. Items received outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

How do I return?

Email info@indiablue.com.au to see if you are eligible for a return. When accepted you will receive an email with the returns address.

Full priced items

If your items are returned within 14 days in original condition without being marked, washed, worn or damaged, you are eligible for a store credit or refund. Your store credit will be in the form of a code that will be sent to you via email within 2 days of receiving your returned item.

Final Sale and Discounted Items

All sale items purchase as part of a sale are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges. If you will like an alternate size or style, please request by emailing info@indiablue.com.au to return your item and place a new order.

Return Shipping costs

Returns postage is at a customers expense. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as India Blue will take no responsibility in tracking your return or lost items.

Refund Policy

Each of our items goes through a strict quality control check before being shipped out to our customers. In the very unlikely event an item is deemed faulty, we will refund you using only your original purchase method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account once it has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email from us one we have processed the refund.
